Dolphin Cove Limited member of "The Dolphin Company®", hereinafter referred to as "Dolphin Cove", with address located at Belmont Road, Ocho Rios, St Ann, Jamaica, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in terms of the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2020 (DPA).
In accordance with the provisions of the DPA, you are informed that "Dolphin Cove" does not collect or request personal data from users who visit and consult our official accounts on Social Networks. The information that visitors voluntarily post on the Wall or send via "Inbox", is subject to the terms and conditions determined by the provider of the social network in question (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.); "Dolphin Cove", is committed that this information will be treated under the strictest security measures to ensure confidentiality and will only be used to provide the information requested by users, as well as to contact them when they request it. When visitors or followers of our Official Social Networks participate in any of our contests, we may request that they provide us with general personal data to contact them and carry out the delivery of prizes.
When with the purpose of documenting and communicating information about the activities and programs carried out in the parks or dolphinariums "Dolphin Cove" intends to use, print, reproduce and publish the image (s) of the guests, associates or attendants to events, in all their manifestations, their interpretations or executions, their editions, phonograms or videograms, with exclusively informative and journalistic purposes and in their broadcasts, this situation will be notified to the data subjects, they will be contacted and their express consent will be required in a specific format, to indicate whether they accept the processing of images for these purposes in accordance with the provisions of the DPA.
The images (photographs) published directly by the users of the social networks that participate in our contests, in which identifiable persons appear, will be used to choose the winner of the dynamic, and may be disseminated in the terms indicated above (with the prior consent of the data subject); in the event that several persons appear in the photographs, the participant guarantees that he/she has the authorization of such persons or their legal representatives for the use of his/her image.
The images or photographs published by users who participate in any of our dynamics in social networks must be unpublished, original and not subject to copyright. "Dolphin Cove" will not pay royalties or any other consideration for the use of the image (s) or photograph (s) in question, likewise, the participation of the user in these dynamics or the authorization of the use of such image (s) does not generate any type of legal relationship between the participant and "Dolphin Cove".
