All cancellations requested at least 5 days before your program are subject to a 10% bank transaction fee. No refunds will apply for cancellations requested 4 days or less before your program.

Please be sure to let us know as soon as possible. Only if you send us a letter from the airline or cruise ship company informing about the situation, we will be able provide you with a certificate valid for the same program or activity which you can use for a future visit with an expiration of one year or we will give you a 90% refund on the over the total cost, after a 10% cancellation charge.

You will be able to enjoy your program during the next 7 days or we will offer you a certificate valid for one year + 15% discount on any additional bookings.

Children ages 13 years or above can participate in any program alone, except the Mud Buggy Tour and Flavours of Jamaica Tour.

There is no limit on the time guests may stay at the Park. Opening hours 9:00am – 5:00pm daily.

Yaaman offers a variety of snacks and beverages on sale including the world famous Red Stripe Beer and Blue Mountain Coffee.Please note: No outside Food or Drinks will be permitted on property.

Yaaman accepts all major Credit Cards.

It is mandatory to bring license for the Mud Buggy Tour.
